1. Organizer

The competition is organized by VK (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

 

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

 

3. Competition Period

The competition runs during the exhibition period from [start date] to [end date]. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Take a selfie with the Akrovatis lighting fixture at the Organizer’s exhibition stand.
Post the selfie on a public social media account.
Tag @VK in the post.
Scan the QR code at the stand and complete the online entry form with accurate contact details.
Only entries that meet all the above requirements will be considered valid.

 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive Akrovatis, an award-winning designer lighting fixture.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

 

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

The winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries after the end of the exhibition.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within [X] days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

 

7. Use of Content

By entering the competition, participants grant the Organizer the right to use submitted images (selfies) for promotional and communication purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation.

 

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
Participant data will not be shared with third parties.

 

9. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or social media platform malfunctions that may affect participation.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [country].
