Through our website we are able to serve customers all over Greece and from abroad. Shipping costs vary depending on the type, size and weight of the items.

The following shipping methods are available, for your better serving and in order to facilitate you:

• Via courier company:

Our website cooperates with all courier companies (DHL, ACS, Πόρτα-Πόρτα, Ταχυμεταφορές ΕΛ.ΤΑ., Γενική Ταχυδρομική etc.) in order to always ensure the direct delivery of orders all over Greece. All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days, if the products are immediately available.

CAUTION! In some remote / inaccessible areas, it is still impossible to send orders via courier companies. In such cases, the shipment takes place via mail.

The cost for each shipment is borne solely by the recipient and depends on the combination of size and weight (IATA International Air Transport Organization). If the volumetric weight of your shipment is greater than the actual (cases of light and at the same time very bulky parcels), the charge is based on the volumetric weight.

• Via travel agency:

For orders of high volume and weight, it is very likely that you will be able to ship your order via travel agency. The delivery of orders via a travel agency takes place within 1-5 working days and is received at the headquarters of the travel agency. The shipping cost is borne by the consignee and is paid upon receipt of the order at the headquarters of the travel agency.

• Via our own means of transportation (within Athens, Piraeus & Suburbs):

The delivery of your order by our own means concerns only the areas within Attica (Athens, Piraeus and suburbs). The delivery of your order takes place within 1-5 business days from Monday to Friday between 08:00 am -18:00 pm.

• Product receiving at our headquarters:

You can also receive your order at our headquarters (Aristotelous 8, Postal Code: 17778 – Tavros, Greece), without any charge for shipping expenses. In this case, you should first make sure that your order is ready for pickup (1-5 business days), after you have received written confirmation about the product(s) availability from us first.

When you place your order, you automatically receive an email in which the items you ordered are listed, and then your order is ready to be processed. You can also track its progress in the "Order Progress" section. If you are unable to complete your order, we will contact you.

Your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons:

• Because we may expect to receive the product from our supplier. As we order our products from a wide range of domestic and international vendors, there are cases in which an order may be delayed at the customs office or during its shipment, with the result that the product is not in stock in our warehouses at the originally calculated time. In this case, we will contact you and you will be asked if you want your remaining order to be delivered to you without this product. This item will be shipped to you, upon your order, immediately upon its receipt from our warehouses.

• The product you ordered has been abolished and is unavailable: There are rare occasions when a vendor suddenly and unexpectedly announces the abolishment of one or more of the products we exhibit at our online store. In this case, our company will contact you directly to suggest to you all of the available alternative solutions.

• Within periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in cases of force majeure, during which the time of shipping and delivery of your order may be affected.

• If it is impossible to communicate with you by telephone and/or e-mail (in case there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or its payment) because e.g. the contact information you have entered is not properly up-to-date.
